  • Bidding Information
    • Our auction is exclusively online, making it easy and convenient for you to bid from anywhere! Online bidding ends on Thursday, April 18th, at 12 noon. Don't wait until the last minute—explore our catalog and start bidding on your favorite items today.
       

 

  • Preview Dates and Location
    • Get a firsthand look at the items you're interested in by visiting us on our last preview date: April 13th, from 9 am to 12 noon, at the Virginia Metalfab building located at 310 Founders Ln, Appomattox, VA 24522. Our team will be there to assist you with any questions.

 

 

 

  • Pick-Up Information
    • After the auction, items can be picked up on Saturday, April 20th, and Sunday, April 21st, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Ensure you’re prepared to transport your winning items from the same location as the preview.

                                                                                  

DIRECTIONS:  

From Lynchburg Take Rt. 460 East to Appomattox, take the first exit and at the traffic light turn Right on Oakville Road. At the next traffic light 

Turn right onto Founders Lane. Park in the parking lot and walk to the entrance door located on the left corner of the building.

Terms and Conditions

  1. ABSOLUTE AUCTION – All items will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price.
  2. This is an online only auction.
  3. A Buyer’s Premium of 13% will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price of each lot.
  4. Virginia sales tax will be added to the final sales price unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided. No Tax Collected by Counts Realty & Auction for Items with Titles.

Credit/debit cards of the high bidders will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. All invoices over $15,000 have the option to pay with cash or Cashier’s Check. Contact office at 434-525-2991

  1. The card used to register will be the card charged after the auction if you are the high bidder on any items.
  2. Chargebacks are prohibited.
  3. All items are sold as is where is with no warranties.
  4. Three lots will close per minute starting at 12:00 pm EST on Thursday, April 18th. There will be Extended Bidding Time available on all lots. Should a bid be received within 1 minute of the scheduled closing time of a block of lots (3 lots) on any of the 3 lots, the bidding on those three lots will be extended for an additional 1 minute. This will continue until such time as there are no bids for 1 minute on any of the lots within that block. At that time, all 3 lots within the block will close and the sale will be final for those 3 lots. This method will continue on all lots until the sale is concluded.
  5. Guns will need to be picked up at Blue Ridge Pawn located at 5337 E. Lynchburg Salem Tpke Bedford VA, 24523. Phone number: 540-586-2111 Email: brp5337@gmail.com. There will be a $20 fee at pickup.

 

 

BIDDING

  1. You must be a registered user to bid on items. (Please see below.) By bidding, you are stating that you are ready and willing to purchase that item for your bid amount, plus any shipping charges disclosed in the listing. If you are outbid, or your bid does not meet the reserve price, you are under no obligation to buy. But in all other cases, you are entering into a contract to buy the item, and to deliver payment within the time specified. If you cannot pay, please don’t bid. Your bids are final and non-retractable. We will not accept e-mail bids.

 

 

  1. All persons who wish to bid in the auction must register by creating an online account which includes providing a valid credit card. To register, the Bidder must provide all the registration information requested and sign the Agreement by checking the ‘I AGREE’ box. By checking this box, you acknowledge that you are binding yourself to this contractual agreement. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license. Counts Auction reserves the right to refuse to register or admit any person at its sole discretion. Invoices and correspondence relating to purchases will be sent in accordance with the information on the bidder’s registration. Your registration will be accepted but your information will be verified, and your account may be disabled until the necessary information is provided to verify the account.
