- Take 29 North and make a left onto route 610 across from Campbell's Repair.
- Drive approximately 1 mile to the 2nd entrance to Tusculum Lane West (left turn).
- Drive 1 mile to the house located on the right.
Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions:
- ABSOLUTE AUCTION – All items will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price.
- This is an online only auction.
- A Buyer’s Premium of 13% will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price of each lot.
- Virginia sales tax will be added to the final sales price unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided.
- Payment by credit/debit card only.
- Credit/debit cards of the high bidders will be charged January 24, 2024.
- The card used to register will be the card charged after the auction if you are the high bidder on any items.
- Chargebacks are prohibited.
- All items are sold as is where is with no warranties.
- Three lots will close per minute starting at 12:00 pm EST on January 24, 2024. There will be Extended Bidding Time available on all lots. Should a bid be received within 1 minute of the scheduled closing time of a block of lots (3 lots) on any of the 3 lots, the bidding on those three lots will be extended for an additional 1 minute. This will continue until such time as there are no bids for 1 minute on any of the lots within that block. At that time, all 3 lots within the block will close and the sale will be final for those 3 lots. This method will continue all lots until the sale is concluded.
- Pick up of items will be January 26, 2024 11:00AM to 1:00PM. Shipping of items will not be offered.

BIDDING
You must be a registered user to bid on items. (Please see below.) By bidding, you are stating that you are ready and willing to purchase that item for your bid amount, plus any shipping charges disclosed in the listing. If you are outbid, or your bid does not meet the reserve price, you are under no obligation to buy. But in all other cases, you are entering a contract to buy the item, and to deliver payment within the time period specified (48 hours from auction closing). If you cannot pay please don’t bid. Your bids are final and non-retractable. We will not accept e-mail bids.
BIDDER REGISTRATION
All persons who wish to bid in the auction must register by creating an online account which includes providing a valid credit card. To register, the Bidder must provide all of the registration information requested, and sign the Agreement by checking the ‘I AGREE’ box. By checking this box, you acknowledge that you are binding yourself to this contractual agreement. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license. Counts Auction reserves the right to refuse to register or admit any person at its sole discretion. Invoices and correspondence relating to purchases will be sent in accordance with the information on the bidder’s registration. Your registration will be accepted but your information will be verified and your account may be disabled until the necessary information is provided to verify the account.
