DIRECTIONS: From the intersection of Rt. 56 and Rt. 29 in Colleen, VA, take Rt. 56W (Tye Brook Hwy) for 5.0 miles to Rt. 151 (Patrick Henry Hwy). Turn left onto Rt. 151S and go 0.3 miles to Rt. 778 (Lowesville Rd.). Turn right onto Rt. 778 and go 2.8 miles to Rt. 666 (Woodson Rd.). Turn right onto Woodson Rd. and go 2.0 miles. The property will be on the left. There are multiple ways to reach the property depending on your starting point.

Terms and Conditions: PERSONAL PROPERTY
A 13% buyer's premium will be added to the final high bid to determine purchase price. NOTE: By bidding at this sale, the Buyer hereby acknowledges receipt of and agrees to all these Terms and Conditions.
Due Diligence: Any reliance on the content of information provided shall be solely at the recipient’s risk.
All information is believed to be correct but is not guaranteed. Bidders must conduct and rely solely upon their own due diligence. The property is being sold “AS-IS” with all faults.
Terms: Personal Property –
- All purchases must be paid in full on sale day.
- PICK UP will be Friday February 2 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. If you are not able to pick up during these times, prior arrangements must be made with the sales manager.
- All personal property items will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price.
- This is an online only auction. A Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price of each lot.
- Virginia sales tax will be added to the final sales price unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided.
- Payment is by credit/debit card only. The card used to register will be the card charged after the auction if you are the high bidder on any items.
- Chargebacks are prohibited.
- All items are sold as is where is with no warranties.
- Three lots will close per minute starting at 12:00 pm EST on Wednesday January 31. There will be Extended Bidding Time available on all lots. Should a bid be received within 1 minute of the scheduled closing time of a block of lots (3 lots) on any of the 3 lots, the bidding on those three lots will be extended for an additional 1 minute. This will continue until such time as there are no bids for 1 minute on any of the lots within that block. At that time, all 3 lots within the block will close and the sale will be final for those 3 lots. This method will continue for all lots until the sale is concluded.
